    Return & Store Policies

    At Sweet Home Appliance, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our return and store policies are designed to ensure you have a positive experience with your appliance purchases.

    Return Window: Customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to report any defective products or to request a return authorization. No returns are accepted after this 2-day window.

    We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we're here to help you get it right the first time. Our product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application before purchasing.

    If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the process. To start the return process, call or email us using the information on our Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary depending on the reason for return.

    Defective Products: Most products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify us within 2 days of receiving the goods. After 2 days, defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer using the warranty. Manufacturer contact information is included in the product literature. Note: Most manufacturers require one service visit to diagnose the problem before approving a return or replacement.

    Damaged Products (Shipping Damage): All shipments are 100% insured. Products damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no cost to you. Upon delivery, inspect your product. If damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery, and a replacement delivery will be scheduled.

    Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Products that have been installed, used, or show cosmetic damage are not returnable. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. Non-qualifying returns may be refused or incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Special orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee even if not yet delivered, and cannot be returned once delivered and opened.

    By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.

    Refund Timeline: Once a return is approved, please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

    Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Shipping Time: Orders are shipped as soon as possible once payment authorization and verification are completed. Special orders may require additional time. Customers will be notified once the product arrives in our warehouse. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    Shipping & Handling Costs:Shipping and handling fees are calculated and disclosed at the time of purchase or shipment. All local deliveries are handled by our own delivery teams.

    Tax Notice: In-state orders will be charged 9% sales tax.
